Cold weather=Hot tea
I’ll still be drinking and blogging about iced tea over the fall and winter months, but I have to admit I look forward to hot tea once the weather starts to cool. It’s time to get the gongfu tea tray out and round-up all of my Yixing clay pots and start enjoying some tea.
